Excellent experience with Dr Hopeman and Nurse Mel at CRM. The right about of information and tone was set to prepare me for the operation and recovery. The facilities were pleasant. Would repeat this experience again and recommend to others.

First, this is an honest review! We have been TTC for at least 7 years. I have undergone surgeries prior to IVF and it just wasnt working and this was our last route. I initially started at another clinic and felt they were all numbers, lacking the care and compassion of this process that is needed and desired.Dr. Hopeman is warm, genuine, well researched, conservative/cautious with her process and gives off good energy. One thing I appreciated about her is that she spoke positive language in our first appointment (saying when you have your first baby), truly meant so much to me that she WANTS it to happen for us too. Its apparent that she loves her job and confident in her process and her work. When she had to tell me some news that meant setting back our process a few months, she looked me in the eyes and said Im sorry. She is humble, authentically caring and kind. And she balances these qualities while being friendly with a dose of fun and didnt pressure us to get extra testing that we simply did not want. All of her traits are refreshing in this difficult process. Lastly, as a Black couple, she made me feel safe at all times and more relaxed in this process. My husband also loved her!We started our initial consultation was in middle June. Our egg retrieval was in mid-August and we had a desired outcome with great numbers that made it to frozen embabies. This was due to Dr. Hopeman’s protocol tailored specifically to me as an individual. Our first (and currently only) transfer (frozen) was a fews months later. We are currently 8 weeks pregnant and heard our babies heartbeat yesterday (January 8). We have been told we have now graduated IVF with this baby and to start going to our OB. Can’t believe this and how grateful we are for this whole process to Dr. Hopeman! We have full trust in her, her protocols and in the quality care and thought she puts into her work.After viewing CRM and their doctors, I personally wanted Dr. Hopeman and I am so glad I chose her. Their office space is very calming and spacious and the parking is free. Most of the staff is very warm and friendly, with the exception of one front desk staff (I think that is just is her demeanor) and of the phlebotomists. But thankfully, its quick with them and everyone else, like Dr. Hopeman, make you forget about them. ART is also great too. Highly recommend with full support of Dr. Hopeman!

We have been working with Dr. Hopeman for 7 years. She is so kind and explains things well. She looks to studies for guidance but has catered my treatment to me as an individual. We have had two successful pregnancies so far thanks to her.
I cannot recommend Dr. Hopeman strongly enough. She is brilliant and extremely knowledgeable, and she is also one of the kindest and most caring doctors Ive ever met. Shes also given me two beautiful babies! The nurses are all incredible as well. Id highly recommend CRM!!

We just completed our 4th retrieval, 1st with this particular clinic. The difference between this clinic and the other is NIGHT & DAY! I was not stressed thoughout this process at all. Everything just went so smoothly, from the day we started filling out paperwork to the day of my retrieval. Their office space is very calming and they offer GREAT parking. The staff is AMAZING and on top of everything. Just sit back and trust in their system, it works! My prior clinic experience was horrible, I felt like cattle but I am so glad we switched. My only regret is not switching sooner. I look forward to our continued partnership.If you ARE considering ART, please make this place your 1st call, you will not regret it!P.s. Dr Hopeman was the provider who did my retrieval. She is not my primary case provider and that was the 1st time I met her but she is awesome! I could tell she loves her job and has total confidence in herself. She also has an extremely bubbly and friendly personality. She made me feel safe in her hands and put my fears to rest. My husband and I loved her!
Dr Hopeman was wonderful. She explained things clearly and was very honest about what we could expect in the IVF process. She went over statistics and our options. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Dr. Hopeman and trust her recommendations for our IVF plan.

I have been working with Dr. Hopeman for several years. She is well-researched, willing to answer any and all questions, kind, thoughtful and leaves space for anything else. Ive always enjoyed my visits with her and have never left feeling like we did not have all the information we needed.
Very attentive and personable. I felt like I had her attention and her time while she was with me and never felt like she was in a rush or moving onto the next person.She was very upfront and honest during our entire IVF process and I always had my questions and concerns answered and addressed quickly by either herself or her nurses.We will return to her for any future IVF cycles or infertility needs.
My egg retrieval was a smooth process. Dr. Hopeman was kind and answered all of our questions. The team was just as great. The nurse and anesthetist were so nice and made me feel comfortable and safe. The nurse anesthetist even texted me at home after to see how I was feeling. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.
Dr. Hopeman is phenomenal!!! Very personable and will make you feel comfortable and heard throughout your IVF journey. She is thorough and explains/answers all questions so you know what’s going to take place. There were many times I was worried or nervous and she took the time to call or have me come in for peace of mind. She helped create a personal plan that made my IVF journey less traumatic ( I hate needles and we were able to do a natural cycle transfer) . 9 months later I welcomed my first miracle baby boy! I look forward to working with her again for baby number 2 :)

Dr. Hopeman is... (pausing here to cry a little)... she changed our lives. She helped us see ways forward when we thought there were none. She delivers hard news with empathy and clarity, explains complex innerworkings so its easy to understand, and is very real and honest. If you ask a lot of questions, shell give you lots of answers! We are so thankful for her expertise, optimism, and care.

Always a great experience at CRM. Dr. Hopeman isn’t my regular fertility doctor but was there to do my egg retrieval and for just meeting her that morning she was so kind and reassuring and add me feel reassured.
